Found this back in December 2024 in Roscoe NY

I couldn't believe the condition of this machine when me and my friend Pete went up to go get this machine. I think the place was a vacation home.

This machine was barely used. There was no rust anywhere on the base plate or any of the metal.

The porcelain tub and underside of the lid were like factory new. I couldn't believe for only $50.

I asked the young guy. I said do you realize what you have? They needed to have a dryer because they don't have a separate place for one so they're getting a stacked unit.

One of the best most versatile machines you’ll ever use. You could start this machine on the soak cycle and run it all the way through a second rinse on the normal cycle without returning to the washer until it was time to remove the clothes.

Unfortunately it didn't have the detergent dispenser.Yes I used the Presoak several times. The "soak to wash" option let's it run all the way through. I would really love to find a Penta Vane also. It's a great washer and quiet. On the lower water levels, you can hear the self-cleaning filter groaning and making strange as one user out it "snorkeling" noises. Wash water tends to froth up. Love the action of the agitator and the waves it creates.

How does this compare to the GE?

I don't know yet Jerome, but I know the capacity on the GE is smaller. I am waiting for the weather to warm up a little bit because the GE is in an enclosed porch with no heat and we have had some very cold weather.

I did a short video of it and it seemed to be holding water but I'm going to check again to make sure there are no
leaks. I can't be having this thing leaking all over my floor.

Overall though, I'm a Whirlpool Kenmore guy as if that wasn't obvious...lol..
