Electrolux has finally copied Maytag's idea...look here.
Unfortunately for Maytag, this appears to have some potential. It looks better (less cluttered IMHO), cleans better, and costs MUCH less than the Neptune version. Also, you get a window in the door!
Great Idea! And it gives you a surface to fold the clothes on as you remove them from the dryer! Too bad this was not on the market a few monthes ago when my friend in Richmond bought hers---.
