I picked up a 1956 Frigidaire Sherwood Green Frigidaire range, because I thought I was turquoise. :/ Anyway, we want to get it working but the mechanism for the doors is broken. Anyone have a diagram, pictures, or experience with repairing this? We disassembled it, but one of the springs got blown out and the other is broken, and there’s a broken plastic piece that doesn’t seem to go with anything. sorrry for the darker pictures, but the power went out mid repair attempt.
