vintage stove in pieces (Sunny Brae)
Pink Frigidaire Imperial electric stove circa 1959, mostly dismantled. Stovetop burners and wiring are destroyed. Oven was barely used, is in nice shape, and has double doors. Control panel display is a thing of beauty. There is even a rotisserie for the oven. I rescued this stove from a hoarder house because I didn't want it to end up in a landfill. They hadn't used it in 20 years and just stacked food and dirty dishes on it.
I wanted to partly restore the stove and put a butcher block top on the stovetop, use the oven for storage, get the light and clock working on the control panel. But...divorce. I don't even have tools.
Pretty cool if you are into vintage electric "housewife" stoves and have a desire to restore it. Or if you collect stoves for other reasons. Call Kat 630-3081. Free to anybody who can pick it up.
