Hi Folks, I have a 1955 or 1956 RV-92 which came with the home we bought in 2001 as an estate. They have been workhorses in the kitchen for the past 70 years.
I used them to cook two big pots (*5 gallons each)* of food a while back and all was well. But the next time U used them, the burners wouldn't come up to full heat capacity when set to high. These are old "Radian Tube" heating elements.
I am looking for clues on whether the heating elements or controls might be shot and/or parts sources.
Anyone got a set of installation instructions? There are no exposed screws or nuts on the exterior. If I have to un-mount the 2-burner unit, It would be handy not to destroy it in the process....
Thanks in Advance... nice to see that this platform is no longer being used as a virus factory, spam monster, etc
