I went to see Steve, Mark and Robert in VA for a few days and took some picts of their collections for everyone to see. Unfortunately the camera had a minor malfunction and is now unable to focus. So the pictures of Roberts collection and Steve's gorgeous, like new '63 Kenmore 70 simply don't do justice for those machines. Forgive me. However I can now justify buying a new camera!!

I was not able to get any picts of Mark's collection but I will next time.

Jason, thanks for sharing the fun. Steve, Mark, and Robert you sure have some great looking machines.

WOW!! Some great looking machines! The coppertone "clamshell" Frigidaire must be the one that Steve has talked about. I have always wanted to see some photos of it! That is a beautiful looking Frigidaire.

I know it's not HBO, but can I say wet dream? If not pr

But that Kelvinator with 18 buttons--EIGHTEEN !!!-- is a washerboy's nocturnal emission. For me, unreal and never seen. I went nuts.

And Steve's Copper Multimatic is to die for. The rare agitator is my all time Frigidaire favorite. The height of the top piece makes the lint chaser and the circulator appear to be lower on the column, looking more powerful.

Thanks for these Jason, and it was great to see the Old Kvetcher in his christmas pants. LOL

Well Mike,

It is a blend of hardening compound and paraformaldehyde powder used "in the business" to pack around the returned viscera of autopsied remains and other applications that require localized treatment to control odors and dry areas of trauma. OSHA wouldn't approve, but it does make a great pail for storing the FOCA.
