Gain HE Turbo

Has anyone noticed that Gain laundry detergent now carries the "HE Turbo" logo?

In the past the scent of Gain would give me a headache and sometimes make me nauseous, but my mother gave me a bottle of it over the weekend and I decided to give it a try.

This new formulation rinses out very well and leaves only a very faint hint of the detergent. It is actually kind of pleasant - Almost a crisp, metallic scent...

Am I going crazy, or has something changed? Haha

Some seem to love it, while others cannot stand it. I think it's okay, but there are other detergents that I'd rather use. Do you have a TL or a FL washer? I have enough detergent to last a lifetime (I'm working on that - LOL) but I wouldn't mind trying it again. Perhaps I should pick up some.

It's been HE Turbo for at least a year now. And last time I used it it wasn't strong at all, it came out a faint pleasant scent which is how I like it. The HE Turbo Tide powders are like this too. I'm using the Mountain Spring scent now which is like the old old original which I can't get enough of (the old original had a gag inducing strong odor).
Original Gain and Mountain Spring Tide powder are my two most favorite scents of all time (at least until P&G goes changing them)

I used it on a load of dog bedding in a TL whirlpool cabrio w/ extra rinse, and a load of workout clothes in the samsung front load, sanitize cycle w/ extra rinse.

I've got some work shirts to wash tonight and will use the casual cycle with no extra rinse. Feeling like a lab scientist conducting an experiment!

Are you suing a power or liquid formula? Gain seems to be very popular. Many products  have the Gain scents. I guess disposable diapers are the next thing to smell like it. I'm glad you could find it in the TE turbo.

We have some of the Gain Turbo pods.  I like them ok.  We just grew tired of Gain for a while.  Almost used up all of that "YUGE" Wisk haul Tony got last year.  Then, who knows?  I love Persil but he doesn't care for it.
