I recently came across this article from 2015 about a man who purchased a home that supposedly had a ”perfectly preserved” vintage 1950s kitchen with GE appliances. When I look at the first photo in this article It appears to me that there’s a current model under counter dishwasher in the left corner. One of the last photos in the article shows an old GE top load dishwasher from that kitchen. I know that some of those old-style dishwashers actually rolled out from under the counter, but I have a hard time thinking that it originally had a stainless steel front as in the first picture. What do you think?

Dishwasher with wood panel

There have been many threads floating around on this particular house. Supposedly the man who bought the house gutted it and remodeled the entire house. If that's true it would be a real shame but hey it's his. At least I hope everything that came out of this house went to a good home.

Anyway, on one of the threads you see the front of the dishwasher and I think it had a wood panel to match the cabinets.
