GE used to have a part that would work. IIRC, the part number was WW8X64. Larry at Modern Parts may have one, you never know.
The original heater on my monitor top looked like a stick of chalk with wires coming out of it. The replacement was metal, it was flared at the end where the wires attached, but it could still be inserted far enough to do the job of heating the oil.
