GE Nautilus DW:stash or junk? :)

grabbed this today-~early 10s lower end GE:checked the motor and found it locked until I pushed a little harder and it broke free and turns good now-thinking DW was discarded because seal was stuck from a period of disuse.Dishwasher very clean and complete,so thinking about stashing intact if this an ok machine

Does it work?

A pal owns a rental and has one in it.It works good, lasted since late 90's still.
