GE oven issues

A few weeks back I posted that the console on my 59 GE range was smoking when I turned the oven on.

The smoke has stopped, but now regardless of the temp set the oven only heats up to 200 degrees.

I'm assuming my thermostat is bad, am I correct in thinking this?
If so would the thermostat from a 1967 GE be interchangeable, if not does anyone have a part number
