Hi folks! I'll take an uneducated guess and say this is from 1980-ish? Looks to be in really good shape; only $29.95 at the ReStore on Memorial in ATL! Would have snapped it up if it were portable, but thought I'd pass it on to those that might want built-in.

I like how what would be the cycle selection knob is just a rotating disc keep you abreast of your cycle.

There have been various changes to these over the years in appearance. It would seem the 1978 version had a lot of woodgrain. There was some more woodgrain around the cycle buttons on one version where the "Normal, light and energy saver" buttons changed to "Heavy, normal and lightsoil" I belive. The versions with the predominantly ebony panel came from the later 80s, early 90s.

My first one, which was a leftover NOS item when I bought it in 1993 looked identical to this one, except for ivory colored racks (very late model). My current one has a red pointer on the timer and the blue racks.

Looks like this machine has been there a while. I'd sure grab it, just to have!

Now that's a good dishwasher.

We had one from 1990 (was replaced in 2002) that actually had a dial that you advanced manually to turn it on, but it has much less buttons, i'm guessing the level of the model has to do with the dial?
