This is a porcelain terminal block for a 2-prong surface element on an electric stove. I don't know what models use this part, but it predates the 1980s.
The store where I work has 3 in stock, and I can transfer in up to 7 more from other branches of my company. Yes, we ship! The list price is $22.00 each. Repairclinic.com lists them for $7.00, if they still have them.
If your stove uses these blocks, it might be a good idea to get one or two while you still can. Check other places first because my company has a terrible price.
