I have a dryer like that. It's model 122002 w for white. It is a very good dryer. I find that GE dryers with the axial air flow hold a good sized load right in the air stream and dry quickly. Mine has a strange designation on a black escutcheon on the front edge of the top at the left side just above the door: "Custom V" I don't know what that meant or means. When we found it behind an appliance store at midnight, it had a bad board that controlled the auto dry, but I found somebody's last one and that works well. You have to push one of the fabric buttons like Delicate, Normal or Heavy or Damp Dry or Permanent Press and set the auto dry cycle accordingly. For example, if you push Heavy, it keeps the timer from advancing from the starting point longer than on Regular to allow for the moisture in thick or heavy fabrics. For timed dry (of just over 60 minutes) it has Normal Heat and Air Fluff. It has a separate Permanent Press Cycle, but no extended care if you are not around when it finishes. $95 seems like a lot of money for a dryer from the late 60s, especially one with expensive and scarce components for the electronic sensor auto dry system. If that does not work, you have a very nice looking dryer with lights, one heat and one cycle. I have fallen for less, but not for $95. I think I had to pay about $60 for the board mine needed. It also needed heating elements a belt and a thorough cleaning, any or all of which this dryer could need. If they ever have a clearance sale like some folks here have told us that their thrift stores have, it might be a bargain. The fact that it has sat so long means it is overpriced (and green).
