My elderly neighbor lady (92), has a TV set just like that one in her kitchen, but it has a gray cabinet instead.

We still have the 12" Zenith B&W that my Mom gave me for Christmas in 1968, and it still works! Amazing! We've had to replace a few tubes from time to time, but it is still going strong. Unfortunately we don't use it as there isn't room in this house for it. So it sits in a closet. I don't want to part with it for sentimental reasons.

I have a very similar set, a Panasonic, made in the late 70's, still works just fine. It's AC only, though. The case is white around the top and sides, gray on the back and bottom.
