Yes our wonderful Australia is 220 years old today so a very happy Australia day to all my fellow Aussie posters on this great site,have a great and happy Australia day guys.

First, congratulations on the birth of your country. Second, are you still subject to rule from England? (are you still part of the Empire that is). I seem to remember of movment for independence a few years back but did not keep up with it. How did that play out?
