Measure together
4 cups flour
1 cup rice flour or cornstarch
After the butter mixture is softened, add the flour I cup at a time allowing the flour to incorporate into the batter before adding the next cup. Mix until flour is fully incorporated.
Place the cookies on a prepared cookie sheet and press an indentation in the center of each cookie. Fill with raspberry jelly. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
