Okay - I've been lurking for a bit and figured that I'd just go ahead and join - LOL. I'm not a fanatic about things but I have found this site interesting and usually hit the pic of the day if I can. I have a Whirlpool washer and dryer but I have no idea what models (accudry comes to mind for the dryer).

I think I've tried every freaking brand of dertergents out there too. ha ha (so much for not being a fanatic huh?)

i know what you mean. When I first found this site about a month ago, I had just ordered Chinese food when i was tootling around. i almost did not make it to pick it up bacuse I could not tear myself away. I love the detergent that I use( been using it since 1992.Welsome, you will have fun........and make some good friends........

Welcome, Dixieland! Be sure to check out the videos of the various washers that are at this site, if you haven't already done so. I have an interest in washers, etc., but unlike many people here, I don't collect or restore them. You need to check out people's photo albums of their collections. Many of the restored machines look like they were just taken off the showroom floor!
