Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

That sure is a beauty.  It looks like there's a huge cache of Corox still out there that we never knew about.

Back in the 60's our neighbors had an early 50's Westinghouse range and refrigerator.  The fridge was virtually identical to our '49 model, but their stove was more deluxe than our '49 Commodore and resembled the one pictured above.  It was in really nice shape but they replaced it with a GE around 1970, and the fridge disappeared even earlier and was replaced by a frost-free Norge.

The posting has been deleted so I'm hoping the range found a good home.

'Bout 1949. Up near the dam in Buford. Probably sold by Georgia Power Co. It's a shame that WH ovens were not taller. It really reduced their capacity compared to Hotpoint & Frigidaire when all had narrow ovens. I think Frigidaire was the only major electric range that did not go to a wide master oven in their 40" ranges while GM made them. The others found that they would only need one oven liner for the bulk of their 30" & 40" ranges, before self cleaners came along, of course.
