Just inquired about this!

And I quote:

Well, anyway, I got a response in my eMail that this dishwasher will be available by 1PM today, and the reason the owner no longer wants it, is that the house it is in is a rental property, that the current tenant is moaning about it in...

 

He told me the machine is accessible, as in he will get it out from under the counter when the new one he is replacing it arrives today...

 

And to bring a hand truck and a helper...
