Wow Craig, that looks absolutly stunning! Wish it were mine. Talking of new machines I am getting a Hotpoint First edition to fix.

What model First Edition are you getting Chris. If i had the time & space i would be repairing the Ecologic. It does 100% work, washes & dries but like most old Hoover's it needs new bearings so i will have to let it go which i absolutely hate doing. I just thought it would be nice to post a few photo's of it on here.

It looks lie really great!! does this washer/dryer dryes good? here in germany the old Hoover washerdryers are from Merloni (EBD)

good washer dryer there, quite a late 1 too from April 1993, I think Hoover made some EcoLogics in tandem with the New Wave/Classica machines as Currys exclusives until mid-1994, so it could of been made until then when the 1st Soft Waves appeared. But I am surprised of the lateness of this machine lol.
