Hoover NeXtra Repair, I need help!

Hey all I have been asked to repair a Hoover NeXtra 1600 which needs a belt to be fixed. I have never seen it before and never looked at it inside, so I don't know weather if the belt has snapped or has come off. If it has come off then I will pop it back on, but if it is snapped then I will need to order a belt. But I have loked all over the web and have not found a NeXtra belt. If anyone knows where there would be one cheaply or knows what a NeXtra belt number is, please let me know! I still need to try e-spares, but I am Very reluctant to order a belt or any part from them, as they sent us the wrong part before.

Shame that I see this message now (so late). Tomorrow I will call Candy and ask which belt do you need.

About the price-the original one costs 12pounds I think (when I convert serbian dinar to british pound) so I don't think it could be a problem So maybe you can call Hoover too?
