Hoover Vision 1600 videos. Enjoy!!!

Well here they are. I've got the videos done of my Hoover vision 1600 in action. Enjoy the powerjet wash with all the suds! The 120rpm rinse and the final spin.
I found that pressing the extra rinse button changes the way it rinses. It doesn't do the 120rpm powerjet it just tumbles with the jet on instead at normal speeds. I haven't videod that yet so you get the standard rinse here.
Washing is done with W5 colour detergent and Lenor softner.

Wow thats a gr8 machine steve, half decent effort from the hoover/candy collaboration. that spin/rinse must be mega effective!

Steve - what can I say, that is a brilliant machine! I love the powerjet & the 120rpm rinses... hopefully the newer Visions are still as dramatic! A nice quiet machine as well, sounded a bit like a Bosch in the final spin. What cycles have you tried so far?

WOW! Awesome videos there. Congrats on a nice machine. LOL what a lot of suds this machine would create if you used regual soap in it. But that is bad to do that such things. I know i have done a few times. Nothing got harmed there.

Does your servis easy logic works good now? I guess there was a problem when you showed that electronic card. Or was that when you got the machine?

Jon I haven;t tried anything other than the standard cotton cycle as of yet. will be able to play more when I come back from holiday with all my washing to do.

Darren ,yes the rinse spin is very effective and the clothes are perfectly rinsed. If only I could drag this machine upto Lincoln next week with me we'd have a gr8 time with in in your garage!!
Fredricksam, yes the Servis is next door to it. it had a new module and was my main machine. Unfortunatly its been damaged during transporting it last week and is not working at present but not a major problem and will be up n running again soon. I have a buyer for it so need to fix it fast.

Thanks, I really enjoed your videos. It doesn't behave in a typical Hoover Candy way does it, or at least there are aspects of similarity but the drum action looks more measured and the motor sound is different - like it has a slightly higher class of motor.

Thank you for these videos! Talk about wash drama, I love that spin wash feature and the spin rinse!! Besides that I think your machine is very good looking, a very nice design. I like your models even better than the newer models. They are much more common looking.

Nick your right about the motor in this machine. I've looked it up and it is considerably more expensive than other Hoover Candy motors and is a special order product. It does sound different. I haven't taken the back off to look at it.There are some similarities to Hoover Candy machines in the way this operates but it is quite different in other ways like the wash action and the spin is far better than the Nextra can achieve. The controls respond better when you press the buttons. they are solid and feel good quality. It uses less water than my servis in which you see none and yet still provides a good splashy show. It also just seems to spin whatever the load balance and the suspension just absorbs it with the machine rock steady. It is a hefty weight i must say.
I think in all the machines i've had and that is quite alot now, this is the best i've encountered. I love the way it looks, it saves bending down to load and unload it, its quiet user freindly and very well put together. It deserves its price tag i'd say for a unique well made design. I'd like to see something similar from Hoover again of this quality and entertaining factor. I will get my hands on a new style vision at some point once i've shifted the Servis and possibly the New Wave on. I think my Mothers in line for a replacement to her Hoover Classica soon!

Congrats on the machine! I'm sooo jealous!!!
I love the spin washing and rinsing... its great!
I think the design is amazing, shame the new visions aren't quiet the same.

You mentioned the suspension...
I actually believe that my old Hoover was better at handling an unbalanced load than the Miele.
On the Miele, the drum (not the machine) seems to shakes like crazy on almost every spin and yet the drum of Hoover hardly ever shook, even with a really unbalanced load.
However a 'cast iron cradle' is far better quality and more reliable, compared to a huge concrete block... so i don't mind
