Wow, they were still using the side swing washer top. These look 1990 ish?
and the handle on the dryer. OMG. at least it is mounted in the "right" place but what is with the crown on that handle?
It looks... 1960ish.
Again, unfortunately, I have to say, it is like Canada got the hodgepodge of what was left at the factory.

If only there were an interior shot in the ad. These are definitely the GE made versions. For a moment I thought I was looking at the 1960s coaxial transmission models, but the ridge around the top edge of the machine, and the style of console tells me it is one of the GE versions. My grandmother had a BOL model washer circa 1986-7 with the back opening lid. If I remember right, it was a solid tub model. Never saw it run, but like GEs, it must have agitated at 100 opms. However as I remember, it lacked the Filter Flo.
