Hi everyone my hotpoint ultima extra wma64s since after I put in the new motor has been making a knocking / banging noise when spinning, someone told me the motor has been rattling in its housing this whole time and told me to put the black thing in the new motor and it will be all good, I put the black thing on the new motor yesterday and it’s still making the same banging noise when spinning and when distributing it made a banging noise so can all of you guys help me investigate the problem so I can sort it out / fix it
