How do I keep the control panel nice and shiny?

I have had my Maytag A810 since August of 2016, but I want to know what I should do to keep the control panel nice and shiny.

I use Meguire's Cleaner Wax for the whole machine. Detail it just like a car. I use an old toothbrush to get the dust out of the tiny places and edges.
