Guys, I just made some cups of Abuelita tablets and I was wondering if I can use the blender to help dissolving the tablets much faster and making the froth.
Well, i have to confess something. MY personal dose is absurd, 4 tablets and almost half gallon of milk (I drink that in 2 minutes) and I was actually thinking of using the blender so I won't have a pan plus a mug to wash as I can drink straight from the blender jar. (You know, those things you do only when you're alone otherwise people will be sure I'm an ogre just like Shrek.)
Anyway, how hot is safe for the blender? I know KA will claim it can resist even if you blend the Sun, however, how safe it REALLY is with hot liquids? I don't want my jar cracking or looking "old" in a couple of uses.
And before anybody mentions. I gave my old Oster with a glass jar to my maid and I won't buy another blender as my KA is just a couple of months old and I don't want anything in my kitchen that's not KA with the matching Empire red color. (Maybe someday a vitamix... MAYBE... In a few years)
