It won't let me access it from my IP address...

So I wonder if that might not be your problem? Apparently, the software interface was not very well integrated into this webpage. Probably cut and paste.

I couldnt make it work on either the laptops or the desktop...WE have windows vista black, windows xp generic and windows xp media center

I was able to get to the page, but it asked me for a photo file name. You didn't supply a filename so I couldn't go any further.

Thanks everyone for your help, I think the website is broken and they want the people to submit by going to the main office...
