Help Support :

Jon,

I'm so glad that it ran for you. I'm even more glad that it was saved from the crusher. I just didn't have the room nor the knowledge to repair it so I'm happy that you can enjoy it and bring it back to life.

I can't wait to see it done :-)

Keep us posted!!!!

What a fun story Jon, it is amazing what turns up and the condition it is in. You will have that machine looking like brand new in no time at all. Greg gave me some old Westinghouse knobs one time that I turned into refrigerator magnets, if he doesn't find what you need let me know and maybe what I have will work. Thanks for sharing the fun. Wow! You might want to call that one Christine, Jon! The machine that would not die....

Glad that this Laundramat found someone that could give it a good home.

LOL

Rickr, your killing me, I too thought of Christine, you never know.. But it sure did come together. Jet your no fool, but I appreciated your story. Sounds like you have had less trouble with your westy, than many folks have with a new whiz bang, high dollar machine. I truly enjoyed your story, Nice of Vanna to demonstrate, did she mention about the slantfront being a Westinghouse trademark? Thanks for posting the pics, love it when we have Vintage. alr2903.
