YEAH! Yesterday I definitively wire two new inlet valves...
I'm unpleasent to haven't get restored the original ones but now I honestly haven't got so spare time to do that... I'll save them to do it nexlty.

The leak from the hot-valves was the responsible of the water droppin onto the motor so that it seemed not working again in wash speed, although the related capacitor either was demaged.

I thought I had to buy two different type of inlet valves (here there are the cold water valves and the hot water valves), but they gave me a pair of "universali"...they say Tm25°C, TM90°C3min10sec... does the fill period last more than 3min? And should I hook up the machine on 90°C outlet? Now I use the Y...in the future I'm going to hook it up to the hot water (we're going to place solar panels!) but it would reach 50-60°C max, so it should be good the same...or should I go looking for the specific Tm60°C, TM120°C inlet valve!?

Apart fron the missin latch of the drum closing (whihc I hope soon to be able to rebuild!), the machine WORKS PERFECTLY!
It fills, then tumble for a while, stay soaking heating the water and then go on tumbling again and stay heating until the temperature is reached...then goes in rinse cycles and woom-woom-woom-woom-woom!!! And finally the spin!

There still was a very little leaks just where the heating elements joint the outertub (there should be the seals over there, but I prefer to make them stronger adding a bit of temp-proof silicone!), but it needs a bit more.

My father said to me "AH, alla fine ce l'hai fatta farla funzionare...e si accende pure la luce!" he was referring with "luce" to the heating red-led!

I cannot see the hour of fixing the drum and then my First Italian Top Loading Horizontal Axis Superautomatic Washin Machine works again!

Promised that as soon as possible many pictures and so some video either will come for you!

THANKS ALL!
GOOD BYE
Diomede

PS: I should repair some othe little things (such as some scratches on cabinet) to be a very completely restoration but to show it you working I think it could be enough!

Fantastico Diomede!!!

Non vedo l'ora di vederla funzionare! Se tu fossi un po' più vicino ti farei sicuramente una visita!

I'm looking forward to see it running! If you lived near I'd pay you a visit for sure!

Yeahhhhh!

Se tu fossi un po' più vicino ti farei sicuramente una v

:-) No problem...the farer you come the better will be the welcome! I'd be happy indeed if you would like to come to visit Ignis... write me via e-mail if you're planning "una visita tra langhe e roero..."

The heating elements...

BLAST! They still have some drops! This will be the more difficult leak to stop...because you have to work cool but then there get whole hot!

The level!?

Maybe the pictures doesn't show good enough... but the water reaches the half of the tub! It would be if there were the oblò like if it stayed middle of the windowed lid...and this is the wash level..the rinse is higher! It's higher than the Staber is...

That is a ton of water!!!! I can't believe that there's that much in the drum!!! It is a standard 5 kg model or something less?

About "una visita tra langhe e roero..." I'm going to write you an email soon, but wait for my flu to go away ;)

Great!

I am very happy for you. Don't worry about the leaks around the heating elements, hi-temp silicone will solve that problem. They do not get too hot around the connectors. Just be sure to clean the metal very well first (and be careful, even after all these years the edges of the tub will be very very sharp).
Yes, you should get a higher temperature fill valve if you are going to fill it with hot water all the time. You don't have to use a twin pair, by the way. I should think the 3 minutes is more than enough unless you have very low water pressure. And even then, the cold water is cooling the valve.
Keep us informed how it goes and thanks for the pictures. What a wonderful machine!

VIDEOS!

Here's the first one...

Can you hear the trrrrr of the timer going on!? The machine is heating that's why the red light lamp is on!

And now I have added a bit of detergent... so

SUDSY DRUM! Look how the tubs group shake and the machine is only water filled...imagine what happens with the load?!

As I have said somewhere in another post the sliding door has got a switch that doesn't work perfeclty infact you see I have to close it carefully

The drainig...
