Interesting 40" GE Range

Seller (incorrectly) claims that the range dates from 1959; probably 20 years or so newer than that.  But they have used a product called "Liquid Stainless Steel" to refinish the stove.  I have no idea how durable this finish could be, but the look isn't bad.  Reminds me somewhat of the stainless ranges that Hotpoint offered in the mid 1950's.

I agree looks pretty good like that. Does anyone know when GE stopped making their own 40" ranges and changed to re-badged WCI stuff?
