Ultra Wash...I love the vintage electronics. Was this a model in the US as well? I do notice that it proudly states "Made in The USA". The link is to the Facebook Marketplace listing, located in Burlington, Ontario.

Yes there were several iterations of this machine built in the USA. Some had more options than others. I believe these were introduced around 1986 and were made for several years.
