Yes the actual cycle buttons are from left to right:
potspans/soak&scrub, heavy wash, low energy, rinse hold
and energy saver heat off dry option!
 
Peter, thank you very much for the comparison photos of the 19 and 20. In one way, I find it "interesting" that the real estate location on the control panel is the exact same position for both panels--one's labeled Normal Wash and the other is labeled Heavy Wash. I venture to to guess the cycles are pretty much the same, the latter being termed to encourage user to use low energy as the regular cycle. Kind of like on most Power Cleans, intially Heavy Soil was also the same dial position as power scour cycle. As energy use manipulation evolved, Heavy soil was moved to the dial position where normal used to be and pots & pans was out there all by itself. And normal was moved to where light wash used to be. And lie on my sister's 10 year old plus DU900, normal and low/energy china cycles both start at the same dial position. It's just the latter, when in conjunction with the china/low energy button, cancels the 140 degree water heat on the final rinse. Otherwise, the same cycles--wash, rinse, rinse.
