In the Doctor's office?

Good Lord, who knows what has been stored in there.

I guess when you get paid what some doctors get paid, you think a vintage fridge goes for $5,000.

Ewww...judging by the stickers, it was probably used to store injectible medicines, syringes, Lord knows what! The veterinarian that we used to take our animals to had an old fridge used for that purpose, so we can safely assume that's what it was being used for. Oy.

And on top of that....

who has a $5k auction and all the pictures are out of focus? Jeez, I just used a Kodak disposable camera and took all kinds of clear, sharp pictures with it. What were they using, a shoebox camera? Never mind, my son's shoebox camera does better.

If you look at his other items, you can see that just about everything he has listed is overpriced! LOL

An aunt on my dad's side had one of these for years. She replaced it with an earlier incarnation French Door bottom freezer Whirlpool in the 80s.

Wow, the Olsen Twins!

Goatfarmer, what the heck is wrong with you? Why didn't you tell us of the really important auction, FROM THE SAME SELLER!

I don't think I can go on without the signed, framed pictures of the Olsen Twins. Look, they're dressed up as genies...isn't that cute? And the seller is so right, these are totally going up in value. (sarcasm off)

Quite honestly, I have never said that I personally was not a little "out there". But I really want to know, who the heck collects Olsen Twins memorabilia?

I mean, really. I hated them when they were kids on that insipid show (and the audience would all go awwwwwwwwwwwwww on cue as soon as one of the little brats showed up) and I hate them as teens now. I know that sounds harsh, but erggggg.

Tell us how you really feel about the Olsen twins. LOL.
About 8 or so years back they were in Calgary for some reason or another and of course there was "meet the Olsen twins live" at Sunridge Mall sponsored naturally by a newspaper, the mall etc. The lineups and worse yet this acquaintence of mine actually went and lined up so he could see them, I couldn't believe it, but he just thought they were so adorable..puke.
Bob Saget made me ill even more, still does, thankfully he's fading away into tv obscuro-land..and about time.

Oh you are right about Bob Saget....

Only to be outdone by that other idiot that was always doing Bullwinkle impressions. When my son was young he would have that show on, not so much watching but for background noise, which is maybe the best use of it--and I was always turning it off. I did hear Bob Saget doing standup once, and he really was not all that bad, surprisingly. But between that show and his Americas Most Unfunny Videos, or whatever it was, he was as bland as stale white bread. And if I see one more video of a guy getting hit with a ball or a kitten hanging from a clothesline, I am putting my head in my Kenmore and starting the spin cycle. :-)

I saw Bob Saget on a talk show a while back and he was lamenting his insipid role on that show and Unfunniest Home Videos. The reason being as all who go on a talk show do, was to plug his return to his edgier stand up routine.. Sorry Bob, too late, you sold yourself out,, off you go to play with Gilligan et al.

OK it's not MINE it's my Doctor's.

Does that somehow give it more value?

"Well, I'm the wife/husband/partner/ex of a doctor."
OIC is how you think you believe you get your value as a human being?

"Just like the ones you see in New York City."
Oh yes one's address gives them status as well. I see...

L H Mercy!

{Bitter in aisle #1, Bitter in aisle #1.. LOL)

"Well, I'm the wife/husband/partner/ex of a doctor."

Yes the price of hat fridge is ridiculous.

But the price for classic gas stoves (that have only two moving parts- the door hinge and the gas valve is SKY high.)

See below, in link

Once restored they can last another 50 years EASY!
