Help Support :

That is a great disposer..Its a early 70s with fixed hammers and both the flywheel and the grindring is cast.I have one but its not a Batch feed version.I have ground steak bones and all kinds of things and its fast also.My Kitchenaid Hobart one grinds finer but for a I.S.E. you cant beat thoese, its a very large and heavy machine.

I have one

I bought one NIB from some store. I can't waite to install it, but my Waste King WILL NOT die. I like that this disposer holds 78 ounces of food waste.....Bill in Az.....

I have one of these in my house-my place was built in 1972.However the machine I have is non-functional-looks like it hasn't been run in many years-the start switch and start cap and gone and its long seized up-works as a drain at this point.Would LOVE to replace it with a similar machine-yes like the cast flywheel, hammers and shred ring-the newer ISE machines with the flimsy stampted shred rings aren't as good.Oh yes on mine the special drain stopper is missing too.As a disposer-use an older Vita-Mix instead. Most of the newer disposers are kinda junky to me.
