I didn't watch too far into it but one thing that caught me was calling that house pictured "fire proof". Doesn't look any more fire proof than any other house, so I wonder, what in the world did they need to see to call something fire proof back then? I've heard "fire proof" used when referring to structures during the first half of the 20th century. I can understand the claims being made for buildings basically built after 1920 as compared to anything built prior as fire codes became a lot stricter by then. But in 1955?
