Kenmore DD Portable

Hi everyone! I just wanted to make this post to say I have just acquired an older Direct Drive Kenmore portable machine. I wanted to ask if there’s anything I should know about these machines, as I know very little about the portable machines. Are they the exact same design as the large machines, but just compacted together into a littler cabinet, or are there any big design changes? Also, is there anything I should keep an eye on or out for? I’ve also included some pictures of the machine from the listing as well as a couple I took after I brought it home!

These are great little washing machines that are indeed compact clones of the full size machines. This particular one was built the 18th week of 1994. Put it to work and enjoy it.
