Kenmore Question

Is this a Belt Drive ? would a Rotoswirl work in here Its at an estate sale in Tampa, I asked for inside pics and the Model Number

Yes it is a belt drive. One of the last ones made approximately 1985. A Roto swirl would work but would not be very effective on large loads in this machine. It would’ve had a dual action originally .

This design still looks great after all these years.

Yep, that's belt drive.  And a matched set with the dryer in the background.

 

Dual Action is a better agitator.  Less splashing and better turn over.  Was considered top of the line.

The guy never got back to me, so the hunt continues. I would rather have a Kenmore Wringer. Or an Avocado Kenmore Set
