I agree about the price; very optimistic for sure.  My advice to the seller would be to include a 'Best Offer' option to the listing.

Very nice example in a somewhat rare color. A decent asking price would be at least half of what they're asking for a 24" range in that condition. I've seen plenty of 30 and 40 inch ranges of that era in perfect condition go for $100-$200.

I’d assume it will close with no bids. Email the seller and settle on a price for when it doesn’t sell.
