Lovely low price!

Whew!!!! Not cheap, I would just use my own Kirby, or better yet, the central vac. Both would cost less than that thing!

Oh my God

I thought I saw it all but I didn't. there's no way in Hell I would pay that much for any vacuum cleaner at all. I would buy a car before that

Lets remember people...

Its not just a vacuum cleaner, it a vacuum cleaner, mattress cleaner, and dust mite exterminator. Priceless to anyone who suffers from allergies to dust mites, or wants a truly clean home. ;) (Of course I'm only kidding.) Did you see how much they say that thing costs new?? $18,000!!!!! And I thoguht $2,000 for a regular Kirby was over priced enough.

Oh Boy-Where to begin--WHAT A ROOK!!I hope they realize the UV light will only kill Dust mites on the SURFACE of the matteress. The short wavelength light will not penetrate down into the mattress where the dust mites live-and the "stuff" vacuumed from the little girls matteress in the testimonies section---its just dead skin. You can do the SAME THING with the Kirby set up as the hand held portable-and vacuum your matteress with it-you will get the same results.--And you don't have to spend $18,000.And come to think of it-with most other vacs-hand held or canister with a small power nozzle attachment-you will get the "skin ash" as well-Its a common vac salesmen demo-just about any of them will do it during a vac demo in a prospects home-vacuum a matteress and show the prospect the skin ash.Its just the peices of skin you shed while sleeping and rolling on the bed.On one TriStar demo-I did pick up some LIVE dust mites from a persons matteress-it grossed them out and me and George-they bought the cleaner. On the dirt pad-you could see them -the "dirt" was MOVING!

Did you see the other two Kirby Diamond G's he is trying to sell?He is trying to sell them for about twice what they should really sell for-I am surprized Kirby hasn't had Ebay shut down his post-Kirby is strict about that. And does Kirby endorse the AllerX "Attachment"?Wonder what they have to say about it.I still can't beleive that the AllerX machine is worth $18,000.you should be able to buy about a DOZEN of them for that price. And the "test kits" he shows in other auctions-$800?Come on!The AllerX does sound like an interesting product-but the PRICE is redicolous!

I guess, he's a crook!
That's obviously rip-off and trickery!
But those who bid on that item bear the blame themselves!!!
I mean, who can really be so stupid??

Kirby in AU has a terrible reputation for unscrupulous salespeople. There have been a couple of Consumer Affairs TV shows about it. The prices are unbelievable and the sellers really pushy. The vacs don't work any better than cheap machines according to Choice, too.

Generally Kirby is VERY STRICT about the salesmen that represent their company-I have one of their manuals-and they mean what they say-If you try to sell the Kirby "system" for more than what is marked on the box-(reason why some salepeople won't let you see the box)Kirby can and often does pull their franchise-and their priviledge to sell Kirby cleaners. Most salespeople I have dealt with were pretty good.Any DTD vacuum dealer is aggressive-its part of the sales training-they are trying to motivate you to buy.The matteress cleaning attachments shown here are something else-again wonder what Kirby has to say about them.and another ting on the UV lights on these-yes they can hram your eyes-and to kill the mites or anything elese with them-the virus-bacteria,mites etc has to be exposed to the UV light for 3-10 minutes.Thats why in areas where these lights are used-they are in sheilded fixtures so as not to harm eyes-and the baddies are exposed to the light.

Looked at the Hygienitech website-almost like the AllerX one.Love how Hygienetech says that ordinary vacs won't adequetely clean the dust mites from a matteress-What about Kirby owners-how would Hygienetech and AllerX address them? And if these systems are to be endorsed by Kirby-why aren't they available as an attachment to the Kirby machines already out there? The Matteress cleaning thing shown in these sites sounds like a scam to me.I'll just use my own Kirby on mine!!So what if it doesn't have the UV light.Again when you vacuum your matteress-the bugs aren't exposed long enough in the light to kill them-esp if the unit promply sucks them into the Kirby bag.
