thats a bit backwards.....normally you would see Three wash speeds and Two spin speeds....

With the big agitator they only ever used the two lower speeds of the motor for agitation, but they did use the extra slow speed of the motor to get the spin started so clothing does not get spin set wrinkles for people that like to line dry clothing.

Yeahbut, KA with a 3-speed motor uses only two of the speeds (med & low) for agitation but all three for spin for the Stepped Spin feature on the various cycles.
What's the specific figuring for 10 washer cycles and 9 dryer cycles?
