Does this have an infinite temp control?
Looks like it may have timer issues - the overall pic has something looking like duct tape on the timer, then when they did the close-up they took it off. Hmm...

What I think is fascinating about these is the Canadian maple leaf in the little black circle next to the "Kenmore" name, where U.S. machines said "SEARS".

KM 600 DRYER

Yes this has a capillarity type thermostat that gives infinite temperature from the lowest point to high. This dryer was also sold here in the US starting about 1963. Is yours Gas or Electric.

I'd be curious to see the washer match, and the differences (albeit mininal perhaps) to the U.S. 1963 600.
