Does this show any evidence of oil leakage in the tub? If not, try a load and see if it comes out with strange spots on it...that would probably be the reason it was put out in the woods in the first place. IIRC Norges were notorious for leaking oil. If this one is leak-free, that's excellent! YAY!

Geeze...was that just sitting somewhere dumped on the side of a country road? All I ever see around here is old sofa's and furniture. Might help if there were some woods but there aren't any here on the baldass prairie to speak of. lol.
Since the local landfill started charging by weight to dump I'm seeing more and more stuff just dumped and then another thing.. I had a fair decent Hotpoint stove that I couldn't sell in the classifieds or give away for love or money and I ended up taking it to the landfill to get recycled..I really felt sort of sick when I had to dump it off the back of the truck...even Habitat for Humanity didn't want it and it was only about 12 yrs old, clean and working.
