Late 1930s Estate stove

I've mentioned this stove in the past, but I don't think I've ever posted a photo. It has been buried in my garage. I did some re-arranging today and took a couple of pictures. It is not a flashy model, just a nice user friendly range. It is going to need some enamel work. The interior is in great shape. It has a broiler on the left, called a Bar-B-Kewer, with a nice heavy broiler pan. I put one door handle, one burner knob, and the oven and broiler knobs on for the picture.

This stove was given to me by my aunt and uncle, it was in their 1910 Texas Hill Country ranch house from 1945 until they gave it to me in 1998.[this post was last edited: 11/19/2011-18:32]

Here is the broken broiler knob. I know it will be pretty difficult, but I would like to find an exact matching replacement. I may be able to repair it, but since the break is right through the shaft mount, I'm not sure it will hold up. I may be able to brace it by wrapping wire around the shaft mount on the backside to hold it together and help it withstand the force of being turned.

Those clean minimalist lines would look good just about anywhere.  Do you have long range plans to use it once you've gone over it?

It won't fit in my kitchen, so I think I'll use it as a second range out in the garage. It would be neat in a covered outdoor kitchen, but it is too humid and salty here near the ocean and it would rust away outside even if covered.
