Hi all! I'm located in Ontario, Canada. I have a Whirlpool dryer that my parents purchased somewhere between 1987 and 1988 (1989 at very latest), model # WN-87681, serial # 9CK37805. The model label bears the Whirlpool logo, however the machine was produced by Inglis, as indicated in the fine print on the model label. This dryer has run flawlessly for the last 33+ years, however it's beginning to make noise (what I believe to be the guide rollers for the drum) and the drive belt is definitely very tired. Does anyone know where I'd be able to find a parts list (I'm assuming this was a microfiche or paper catalog during that time) for this machine? I've looked high and low and have come up largely empty-handed. The machine is otherwise in perfect condition in every regard and I'm determined to keep it running. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

Send a picture of the machine. Canadian model numbers seem to be difficult to find online. With a picture we can probably give you part numbers for the parts you are looking for.

Thanks for your reply! Here are some pictures of the machine. Also, are there any other parts that are likely to write this particular machine off if they did break or are major components (heater, fuses, motor, timer, etc.) still possible to find, or in some cases rebuild?

Perfect, thank you! Is there an alternate model number I can use, for a machine which might be similar in design, in case I need to look up part numbers in the future? I'm glad to see at least a couple of parts have numbers stamped on them, but others don't appear to.
