It's a Regina Housekeeper Plus,I know the early models were really bad and by the time they had the product nearly perfected they were out of business,this is the housekeeper plus and it is not much different than than the last Elecrolux Discovery Upright that I had,same suction but with onboard tools,I love Electrolux products so no offense,but it does remind me of the Discovery Upright and is about the same Quality construction,a lot better than the junk they are making today,I guess Regina was ahead of their time,My new favorite vacuum is my new Oreck XL but it doesn't have tools and cant reach under kitchen cabinets like that L shaped head on the Regina. I remember lusting after one of those as a kid; vacuums are and always have been my specialty so I was in inner turmoil over how cool it looked (the older blue kind) versus just how hard it sucked (metaphorically speaking... I suppose literally could be a valid interperitation as well). Never got one.

Looks like you found one in rare good condition and probably light use. The few I've run across are pretty much trash worthy.
