Also have NIB Presto "Spray/Steam" iron (sticker was still on soleplate, and box sealed).
However used it once then that was that, more ornament than use IMHO.
The "vapor" or whatever steam is only available in a limited range setting. Oddly it does not include Cottons/Linens. Normal steam IIRC works on that setting, but still.
This was Presto's second incarnation of "vapor steam" ironing.
Have three of the above and like Consumer Reports of the time am not that impressed. In fact IIRC CR rated these irons "not acceptable" or some such.
To those that don't know Presto already was famous for their pressure cookers. They took that concept and ran with it by creating a steam iron that in theory produced "dry" steam, the same dry cleaners/laundries and other professionals use.
