Not familiar with that machine, but perhaps you could google to see if there is a copy of the owners manual scanned or for sale.
Alternatively, try tracing the most logical route up from the needle to and through the tensioning and feed mechanisms to see if you can reason it out.
You could also try visiting a sewing machine retail or repair shop and see if they can show you the basic method.
It's not that difficult.
