Lilly, All And The FTC

If my memory serves me correctly, the Federal Trade Commission clamped down on the Lilly Tomlin/All ad, claiming a woman in a container of water acting like an agitator wasn't the same as doing the wash in a real automatic washer. (There were also questions as to whether All actually removed the stain that was on Lilly's shirt, but I think Unilever pulled the ad to end the dispute.)
Still, a nice memory.
