I am trying to find out how much this vintage dishwasher is worth. My father recently passed away and I am settling his estate. We used to use this dishwasher when we moved into the house about 38 years ago. It is still in great condition and as far as I know it still works. It has a stand with wheels. I have only seen one other one posted in a box but it did not have a stand. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I would like to sell it. Thanks so much. See photos below.

I think these were largely marketed to be built in at eye or counter top level.  I don't know how much interest there would be in a portable type, if the stand was an actual factory option.

OH, there were portables, all right and they were among the few LTs with a drain pump because the ones installed above the sink or drain level were gravity drain machines. This is the first I have seen with the unicouple. The stands for them reminded me of the stands/carts sold for portable TV in the late 50s/early 60s. They usually had the handle that wrapped around the back of the machine, similar to the TV stands.

They were the dishwasher to have in hard water areas because after the rinse ended, the steam generator fogged the whole chamber and the steam condensed on the cooler dishware essentially giving everything a final rinse in distilled water. Minerals might have played hell with the steam generator though.

I believe that this was the only dishwasher with a spring-wound mechanical timer that was turned all the way around as far as it would go to start the machine and then it ticked its way toward off, like a Norge dryer.

I would value this

At $75 - $100. If you confirm that it is fully operational it is possible, but not likely, that you could find someone that may pay $125 to $150 for it. Like I said though, not likely to happen as the person would have to pay shipping on top of the price of the dishwasher unless they lived very close by.

It is an interesting design, but not so rare that it will fetch a huge amount of money.

This is of course is just the opinion of one dishwasher collector. Others may have varying opinions.

Good luck with selling!
